The importance of prior inspections in the context of construction
The execution of works in certain places requires prior inspections of the closest buildings. The inspections consist of the verification of pathologies, namely cracks, collapses, blistering, etc., and are carried out inside and outside the infrastructure, through photographs and reports. Thus, the contractor has a comparison term between the before and after the interventions, safeguarding himself in case the damages occur before the beginning of the works and the owners can, eventually, be compensated for the damages caused by these works.
